What should I have ready?+

Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly how many people and computers you have, and what's bothering you most right now.

We already have an IT person. Should we still talk?+

Yes. Many of our clients do. Co-managed IT gives your person the tools and backup they can't carry alone.

Do you work outside Jacksonville?+

We serve the First Coast, from Fernandina Beach to Palm Coast, and handle most support remotely. When it needs hands on hardware, we drive over.
