Sound Familiar?

Nobody announced it. AI just showed up for work one day.

An office manager working at her computer

Your office manager found a faster way

She pastes client emails into a free AI tool to draft the replies. They sound great. They go out faster. And nobody — including her — knows where that client information lives now.

A professional reviewing documents at her desk

Your best people are the biggest users

The sharpest folks on your team found these tools first, because that’s who they are. They’re not being careless — they’re being resourceful. Nobody ever told them the rules, because there aren’t any.

An engineer working through details on screen

And somebody just asked about it

An insurance renewal, a client questionnaire, a new contract clause — somewhere in the stack is a question about how your business uses AI. Someone has to answer it, in writing, with a straight face.

None of this makes you behind. It makes you normal. The difference between normal and exposed is whether anyone owns it — and that’s fixable.

Why an AI Advisor

You already trust advisors with everything else that could hurt you

You don’t do your own audits, write your own contracts, or underwrite your own coverage — not because you couldn’t learn, but because your time runs the business and the stakes are too high to wing it. AI just became one of those things.

The Books

Your accountant

Keeps you clean with the IRS, catches problems early, and answers when a number doesn’t make sense.

The Contracts

Your attorney

Reads what you’re about to sign, tells you where the risk hides, and picks up the phone when it matters.

The Coverage

Your insurance agent

Makes sure the thing that could sink you is actually covered — before you find out the hard way.

The AI — Empty Seat

Nobody

Every week your team uses AI on client data, this seat stays empty. The decisions still get made — just by whoever happens to be typing.

Foresight fills that seat. Someone who knows your business, watches what’s changing, and tells you the truth about both the risk and the opportunity — in plain English, every month.

How It Works

First we look. Then someone stays in the seat.

Step 1 · Where Everyone Starts

The AI Discovery Assessment

We sit down with you and map what AI is actually doing in your business right now — which tools your people use, what data goes into them, and where that could come back on you. You get the findings in plain English, in writing. It’s yours to keep whether or not we ever talk again.

Step 2 · The Ongoing Relationship

Your advisor, every month

AI changes monthly; your rules have to keep up. We meet on a regular cadence, keep your policy current, review new tools before your team adopts them, and flag what’s coming — so the next questionnaire, client ask, or renewal is a file you open, not a fire you fight.

We do not sell AI tools — no licenses, no software, no commissions. Our only product is the advice, which is exactly why you can trust it.

A working session around the table

You don’t need to become an AI expert.
You need someone in your corner who already is.

The Three Tiers

Sized to how far along you are with AI

Getting Started

Foresight Essentials

For teams putting the first guardrails around AI — the policy, the baseline, and the approved tool list.

Running AI in Production

Foresight Managed AI

For businesses with AI already in their workflows — deeper oversight, scoped to what you’re running.

Every tier starts the same way: the AI Discovery Assessment. We’ll recommend one tier — not a menu — based on what the assessment finds.

Fair Questions

What owners ask us before they book

Why can’t my IT company just handle this?

Some of it, maybe. But AI governance isn’t a technical job — it’s a business judgment job. Which tools are worth the risk for your margins, your clients, your obligations? That’s an advisor conversation, not a support ticket. Plenty of our Foresight clients keep their existing IT provider.

Do you sell AI software?

No. We don’t sell AI tools, licenses, or software of any kind — and we don’t take commissions from anyone who does. Our only product is the advice. When we recommend a tool, the only thing riding on it is whether it’s right for you.

What exactly is the AI Discovery Assessment?

A paid, fixed-scope engagement that maps what AI is already doing in your business: which tools are in use (approved or not), what data they touch, and where that creates exposure with your regulator, carrier, or clients. You get written findings in plain English and one recommended next step. It’s paid because it produces real work product you keep either way.

Is ChatGPT safe for a business like ours?

It depends entirely on what goes into it and what agreements sit behind it. Client data in a public AI tool is a disclosure question, not a technology question — and the answer is different for a law firm, a surgery center, and an agency. That’s exactly what the assessment sorts out for your specific obligations.

Can’t I just write an AI policy myself?

You could — there are templates everywhere. But a policy nobody enforces, updates, or maps to your actual tools is just a document. The value isn’t the paper; it’s having someone accountable for keeping it true as AI changes month to month. That’s the difference between having a policy and having an advisor.

Who owns the AI decisions once we’re working together?

You do — we make sure the decisions actually get made, get documented, and stay current. We bring the recommendation, the reasoning, and the paperwork; you keep the authority.

Find out what AI is already doing in your business.

One conversation. We ask about the business first, tell you what we’d actually do, and you decide. No pitch, no pressure, no obligation.
