How is it priced?+
Flat monthly, based on the devices and the amount of data protected. It's included in some Secure plans.
How long would a restore take?+
It depends on what's lost. A single file takes minutes, and a full server takes longer. The restore tests tell you the real number for your office, so you're not guessing.
Isn't the cloud already backed up?+
Cloud services keep themselves running. That's different from keeping a recoverable copy of your data, which is still your job.
Can you take over our existing backups?+
Yes. We start by testing what you have. Sometimes it's fine and just needs watching.
